Store Policies

Allergies:

Fuss Cupcakes is not responsible for orders placed for individuals with severe allergies. While we can try to remove specific allergens upon request, our kitchen uses gluten, eggs, dairy, and other allergens, so cross-contamination may occur.

Cancellations and Refunds:

We require 24 hours notice to modify or cancel any cake, custom cupcake or custom order. Modifications or cancellations to an order within 24 hours will be charged for the full amount of the order to the credit card provided at the time the order was taken.

Custom Orders:

When an order leaves Fuss Cupcakes, it is considered “accepted” by the customer. It is the responsibility of the person picking up the order to confirm that everything is correct before leaving the store. If we have made a mistake, we will try our best to fix it before the order leaves the store. Fuss Cupcakes accepts no responsibility for any damage that occurs after your order leaves the store. We try our best to package your order in such a way that it may be safely transported. However, it is always advised to handle with caution.

Colours and small design details appear different in person vs on a screen, so food colouring may not be able to match a colour exactly. We are unable to promise exact matches, however, we do try our best to get as close as possible.
